Driver does not wanna bring back my belt

I'm very disappointed at your driver, yesterday I requested Didi and and Mlungisi came and drop me off to Naledi at 7:25am I forgot my black Moschino belt in the car I then called him immediately he said he will come to me but he did not come back, I called him again without any luck I then ask my brother to call him luckily he picked up the phone and say he will meet up with him and give him the belt but he dis not not come as promised I then call him today he swears at me and say he went to KZN he will not stop going there because of my belt can I please him my belt back before I open a case for him.
