Downloading Didi is a waste of data and time

Worst sevice ever.... I was late for work waiting for some Nkosinathi driver guy..... Requested a ride, app said driver was 4 mins away, I waited a whole 30 mins, tried calling in vain, tried to cancel and request a new driver, app charges R10 cancelation fee.... Like why the hell..... I deleted the app and requested Bolt.
