Don't trust them they are *******

Trying to get my money (that have been wrongfully taken from my account) back from them for the past 4 months everytime they say payment have been made but they say they can't send me proof of payment.. I want my money back in my account plus I want to be compensated for the almost 100 emails and close to 10 hours of my life that have been wasted
