DIDI Uber

So I've been using the Didi (Uber) for a while now. On my last trip (1 week ago) i arranged with the driver and paid in cash ......... Didi is still trying to debit my account for the same amount. I've sent messages to DIDI on the app explaining the issue but to no avail................. Do i just delete the app completely?

I keep paying bank fees on that amount.
