DIDI *****ING FROM UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS

So, here's the deal. I ordered a ride for my son today, like I often do, and at the time of confirmation, the fare was shown as R 64 for the trip. Normally a trip cost us R 70 - R 78 depending at the time of day. However, when the payment went through my bank account, and amount of R 118 was deducted instead of the R 64 as was indicated at the time of booking

The reason given on my receipt I received, was that the fare increased because I changed the route, which is absolute hogwash. DIDI, which is owned by a Chinese gentleman, have no contact details on their platform/"website". Somehow BKLG Services (Pty) Ltd is connected to DIDI, and which is "listed" as the Company running DIDI in South Africa,

My bank (FNB) refuses to reverse this transaction as they say there is no proof of what I'm saying to be the truth. So, how does one get your money back from these thieving swine?

Reviewer Update
I'm happy to report that this issue has been resolved. BKLG Services refunded me the difference between what the original fees was and the fee that was charged. On top of that they have given me a R 20 voucher to use with our next trip. Well done DIDI, much appreciated
