Didi pathetic service

I requested a ride from Didi. The driver then accepted. I noticed on the map the driver was going in a different direction. I messaged the driver to confirm if he is available and if he will take the trip he said yes. The driver drove in a complete different direction and as he was driving further away the fare amount just increased more and more. It went from R39 to R223. Didi app had no option to cancel the trip and now they want to deduct R233 from my bank account for a trip which I did not do. Sent them several emails with screenshots of driver details and the trip details but still no response. Instead they still trying to deduct from my account 2 weeks later. This platform is PATHETIC and I wouldn't recommend it to any person.
