DIDI is the worst riding app ever

You know what this people the 1st time double charge me on my bank accound i even gave then all the notifications and screanshof of my banking app prooving to them that it was double charged... they fully denied it and said its not so.... now the drive cancelled the trip while we driving taking the full amount off R55... there from DIDI has the nurve to charge me the full amount yet again on my bank card i mean really these people are the biggest thives out there
