2 unauthorized debits went off my account on the 7th Dec. I've sent all the proof you requested and I still have no feedback with regards to when ill get my refund. You cannot just debit a person and when they want an explanation you don't respond!!!!!!!! I want my money so I can never use your services again!!!!!!
