BAD Service,*******,false advertising!!!

tried DIDI coz I saw that your first ride is free...but mine wasn't a free ride. Non the less I referred my mom to DIDI and she had the worst and very rude driver...even got the location wrong which costed my mom an extra R10 - R20 Rands. That was her first ride which also wasn't free. Today my mom again used DIDI and this time she was charged a R12 cancelation fee....and she canceled no ride. The driver would not arrive if it was canceled. This is a ******* and I'm going back to bolt. Not only a ******* but very bad service from the drivers. False free ride advertising should be removed from social platforms. I will be posting this on hellopeter and across my social media accounts to make people aware... 5000 Facebook friends...it will at least reach 1.
