Bad service

A few minutes ago I requested for didi from airport mall to delft...I had a promotion for paying with my card...I've also contacted the driver whose name was Leon to tell him where I was standing he said he was there but I didn't see him when I tried to contact him again I couldn't because it said that the ride was completed I lost my promotion and they still took the money
