Bad customer service by Didi

Approximately two weeks ago, i forgot my phone in a car i had requested, Sent countless emails to didi customer care and i was told my item was found however they cannot trace or find the driver, I am still awaiting response to this date I just want everyone to be carefull with didi as their drivers arent vetted . They care more about profits than the riders themselves. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone .
