I want my money back - No excuses.

I have been a victim of the Digicash saga. I submitted many complaints which went unanswered until early Jan when I got a maill from Digicash asking if my 'query had been resolved'. No, it had not. The woman I spoke to was nice enough, but advised me that because I had moaned at FNB (before I knew of this whole ****) they had tagged my ******* debit orders as 'resolved'or something of the like and I could therefore not get my money back. Also, from what I understood, because certain companies in the wrong had run off, \Digicash is no longer liable. NO. Digicash did not have the info
