No respect for customers

Hi my name is Lebo, I orded cakes on the 23 of December,it was scones and queens cake, I was happy with the scone but the queens cake where stale, I told that lady that I eat fresh cakes made on the same day, so i went today the 2 of January and told her I was not happy with the cakes, it either she gave fresh ones or refunded me my money, instead of apologizing she insulted me she told about my pregnancy, and I must never come back to buy cakes there
