Was slightly worried after signing a lease with ****son and seeing some of the negative reviews on HelloPeter. I've noticed that Rental Agencies/Landlords are a lot more stricter in CPT than in JHB.

I'd just like to say a huge thanks to Alicia for all the assistance with all my dumb questions along the way. Thanks for assisting with providing statements, and organizing the exit process. I'd like to say thanks to Karen for assisting so promptly when we had a bad case of flooding in the lounge and who urgency sent out a maintenance team who was very thorough.

I'm pleased that I'm walking away paying a few cents for bulbs that needed to be replaced and will be happily spending my Deposit on renovations on my newly bought house.
