Unprofessional Rental Management Agency

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this managing agent. I was charged rent three times in the same month, which caused unnecessary financial stress and inconvenience.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that when I refused to make the additional payment because I had already paid, the managing agent sent me demand letters claiming that I owed money. This is particularly disturbing because their own rental statement clearly shows that I had been overcharged.

Instead of correcting the error and resolving the matter, I have been put in a position where I now have to consider taking further action. I am having to seek legal advice and consider reporting the matter to the police for investigation as a potential *****, as I need to protect myself and my finances.

This entire situation has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience. I expected the managing agent to maintain accurate financial records and deal with any payment discrepancies professionally. Their own statements appear to show that I was overcharged, yet I was still sent demands for payment.

I strongly believe this matter needs to be properly investigated and resolved. I expect statements to be corrected by someone qualified to deal with financials.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this managing agent. Tenants should not have to seek legal assistance or consider police involvement to resolve a rental payment issue that is clearly reflected in the managing agent's own records.
