Horrible attitude
I have just interacted with a rude Diane and a Kerry that did not make my call pleasant. I called in asking to speak to Samantha or Ellen as I’ve previously dealt with them, Diane rudely told me she has no idea where Ellen is and doesn’t know how to help me ,I told her that she was rude I mean RUDE and that there was a better way of speaking to people. She dropped the phone in my ear. I called back and the call was forwarded to Kerry who as I was explaining my disappointment and dissatisfaction with her colleague and requesting to speak to a manager, rudely dropped the phone as well. I’m a paying customer and I don’t expect such treatment from your staff. I’m appalled, disgusting behaviour… I will definitely let Impala Platinum Mine know that this is how this company treats its clients.
