E-legal Rental Contract
Innocent tenants trust DIC Rentals to put them in a legit rental contract @ a decent price.<br> Instead DIC Rentals put their clients in ANY EMPTY property without verifying who the ACTUAL LEGAL owner is.<br> They do NO research in the Deeds Office, City of Tshwane or Bank where Bond is registered.<br> When legal owner provide them with evidence about the e-legal contract they entered in, they prefer to look the other way & forward the problem to their Lawyers. They signed a contract with INNOCENT Tenant for a rental amount which INCLUDE W&L while the City of Tshwane bill is almost R50000 in arrears !!! (Proof in their possession.) STILL THEY WISH TO CALL FOR LEGAL ADVICE INSTEAD OF ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE & relocate the tenant to a legal place with a legal contract. ****y of DIC Homes also do not come to the party.<br> Investigate Integrity of Agents before making use of them.

We have since the very first time you advised us of the situation between you and Mrs Rossouw tried to establish the legal way to proceed with this matter.
According to the law is a party who has ownership on a property allowed to enter into a lease agreement.
As we advised you is this an issue between you and your ex-wife and does your attorneys need to settle the matter and are we waiting for this to be done.
You were made aware that there are certain procedures that need to be followed. It is not as simple as just telling the tenants to up and leave as one owner says the tenants should go and the other wants them to stay. It needs to be investigated to ensure that the situation is indeed as you claim to be to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the tenants.
You are also kept updated on the progress as we receive it.
