Dic homes rental agents

D.I.C Homes is a ****, stayed at Summer mews at Summer field Estates in Kosmosdal.

A lady called Cindy was the rental agent or something, the toilet seat was loose from the time we took up residence, the grass was not cut and the veranda bricks were surely not shiny.Bathroom tiles were not sparkling clean door handles were loose.

Long story after about a year we decided to move and inspection cldnt be done because we had covid and they said they cant come inspect without the place being fogged and sprayed against covid.

The inspection was done in our absence so they practically charged for renovating the whole place claiming we had damaged a, b c d. And will only give us half our deposit.

These rental agents are a huge **** dont ever ever use them ever.Esecilly the rental Agent Cindy she is not willing to listen and will they will try by all means to not give you your Deposit.
