Child fractured foot at Dibber Bryanston playground- prior safety certification still not provided

<div>My child sustained a diagnosed buckle fracture after an incident on the playground at Dibber Bryanston. He fell off the highest point of the playground that was not safely secured for a child of his age. Following the injury, I requested proof that the playground was certified/compliant at the time of the incident, including the relevant historical inspection/certification records, maintenance checks, supervision details and any post-incident risk assessment. Despite following up for weeks, I have not received the historical certification or clear written confirmation of what safety measures were in place when my child was injured. Current/new certificates now appear to be displayed at the playground, but this does not answer whether the playground was certified, inspected and compliant at the time of the injury. As a parent, I find the lack of transparency deeply concerning. This is a child safety matter, and I believe the school should be able to provide clear documentation when a child is injured on school premises. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective parents to think carefully and ask detailed questions about playground safety, supervision, incident reporting and compliance documentation before enrolling their children at Dibber Bryanston. Parents should request written proof of playground certification, maintenance checks, staff supervision procedures and post-incident risk assessment processes. Due to the seriousness of the incident and the lack of historical playground certification provided to date, I am now seeking legal advice and escalating the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels. I am requesting urgent written feedback from Dibber Bryanston, including the playground certification valid on the date of injury, the incident report, supervision details and any corrective actions taken.</div>
