Unprofessional and Problematic Managment and Director

I believe parents should know the truth about Dibber Fairlands if they are ever considering it. Note that the old positive reviews on Google, are from when the school was being run by Montessori, BEFORE Dibber took over.

My experiences with Dibber Fairlands:

The teachers and assistant staff of the school are amazing and ultimately the school’s only saving grace. However, Dibber management and directors are a massive problem! While they place huge emphasis on their “heart culture” in their marketing, they do not display this when it comes to parents and staff. They adopt a "bullying culture" where teachers are targeted and parents that speak out are labelled as “difficult parents”.

Their country director took it upon herself to install a wi-fi camera, capturing images of staff and children, without prior notification to anyone (not staff, nor parents!) The camera was also being monitored by her husband, who had no business with the school!!!!

A wall which was very close to collapsing on the tennis court where the kids play, was not being repaired. Dibber management focused their energies on arguing with the property owner on who would need to pay for the fixing of the wall instead of attending to it immediately to avoid catastrophic injuries should it collapse. The wall was so close to collapsing that parents eventually hired a builder and paid to get it fixed at their own cost to protect their children while Dibber management stood by. This wall was eventually brought down by the builder through merely a small push by hand!!

The management bring in ridiculous school fee increases that after being questioned by the parents, then gets dropped by half without any reasons given for the increase or the reduction. Despite it being one of the more expensive schools in the area, budgets are being cut, important items are not being replaced, and there is never a valid explanation for any of this.

These are only a handful of issues I could write here. The list can go on!

It is also important to note that Dibber International was informed about these issues and many many more, however they have chosen to turn a blind eye and ignore all the parents’ outcry as they too labelled the parents “difficult” as opposed to resolving their problematic management and directors team!

If this is the way Dibber International runs a school, as a parent my advice to you is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!!
