DIBAPADI PROPERTY move in problem

I bought a house from dibapadi property on February 2015 and all payment , registration and transfers were made on time. But I ask about moving in , I was not assisted. today is June 24 and I have not enjoyed the freedom of owning a house. I even tried talking to the people who are still on the house, they said they will never move out because their home was fully paid up.<br> The company promised that all measures within the boundaries of the law will be taken to assist me in moving in but till this day I have not moved in.<br> <br> Iv heard that they are selling repossessed houses but they still fail to assist the new purchaser to move in.<br> Payment of the bond is made every month but I have not moved in. I now suffer a finance loss due to the monthly bond payment and the current rent of the place I occupy
