Ruining our December before its even here

I have been trying to get hold of Diaz Beach Club/Hotel since December. The lady I eventually spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. I am now unable to get hold of anyone on the 044 number as it either only rings or says that the subscriber is not available. Emailing is useless as well as the mails are read, but not responded to. We want to book beach club for december 2018 hence trying to ensure ample time for availability and doing it in 2017 . With the lack of service I have received from you, you are guaranteeing that myself and my family do not get availability. I am very disappointed and have now promised my children something they possibly will not get.
