Discrimation or ignorance

We have been staying at the Diaz Strand hotel since Friday, 25th March and leaving today. What is strikingly missing is the lack of understanding by management around the diverse clientele frequenting the establishment. Blatant disregard for the Muslim patrons who were significant in numbers each breakfast session having to wait up to 45 minutes for a basic omelette being fried on what can only be discribed as an excuse for a pan. Preference given to non-halaal patrons entering the breakfast hall significantly later ...is this blatant ************** or just pure ignorance on the side of management?
