Diaz Investments (Najwa and Aisha) *****sters

Dear All, please ask if you have any details of Najwa Tallip or her daughter Aisha. I saw a property they advertised on Facebook in April 2024. Kautha was the sales agent. We got in touch with Kautha and she set up an appointment at their Claremont office. We met and signed the OTP with R575000.00 paid for the property. They allocated SP Attorneys in Pelican Heights as the transfer attorney.

Myself and wife, went to SP attorney and paid the transfer cost to them. they advise these transaction take time, however it is legit. They have been working with Diaz Investments for a long time.

Up to that point nothing seem out of place.

I began asking for reports from SP and Najwa, and getting conflicting stories. 1 Year past and still nothing came of it. Najwa was in and out of hospital and kept using that as her excuse for not getting all sorted out.

We reached an agreement to cancel in August 2025 and signed in September 2025 cancellation agreement. They where supposed to refund me with interest within 10 day, however from that moment Najwa, Aisha and Kautha contact number has blocked me. They have not paid my money back till date.

I have see an attorney and we have served notice to them, however still no response.

I am looking for all that has fallen victim to Najwa and Aisha Tallip (Diaz Investment) I would like to raise a class action and report them for *****. the attorneys involved should be reported as well for malpractice.

If anyone knows their whereabouts I would like information
