Diaz investment

I Paid R250 000 for a house at Diaz investment in Claremont Cape Town.They did not give me the house, that was around February and I was given the run around up until October whereby I cancelled the agreement and requested for a refund. We agreed on cancelling the sale they, have been giving me stories everyday on paying my Money .Nadjwa has been promising to pay since October and only deposited some of the money not even half of my money in December. Have been promised that the funds will be in almost every day. What is more painful is I lost my property and I am renting which is costing me a lot. I am the one that keeps calling everyday but she hardly responds to my emails. Each day am told about a hold on their bank account, I mean its almost 2 months now. I am fedup
