Breach of Trust and Non-Refund of R350,000 from Diaz Investment

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Diaz Investment and their representative, Aisha. In 2021, I paid R350,000 for a 3-bedroom house at 8 Ithekwane Road, Bongweni. Since then, I have experienced an ongoing stream of excuses, delays, and unfulfilled promises.

Initially, I was told that the delay in transferring the property was due to the presence of an elderly occupant. However, after years of no progress, I cancelled the contract in March 2024. I promptly submitted the cancellation form, but received no acknowledgment. Months later, Aisha claimed she had never received the form. I re-sent it, only for her to return the exact same form—dated March—stating I would be refunded within 32 days.

It is now well past that timeframe. Every follow-up is met with a different excuse: illness, being in ICU, excessive paperwork, or unrelated property dealings. Despite numerous attempts on my part to resolve this amicably, I have not received my refund nor any transparent communication.

Diaz Investment has shown a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. I am demanding an immediate refund of my R350,000 and urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
