Poor Quality Workmanship

In the month of September we awarded the supplier to manufacture and fit curtains to our home ( Upstairs only ). In the consultation with the supplier, we were promised that the work will be of the highest quality and that they was experienced in this line of work. Once the curtains were installed, immediately we noticed the shoddy installation. While the curtains were of high quality, the problem was the installation. After promises and repeated emails, the rework was done, however the installation remained shoddy and unprofessional. The supplier was called immediately after the rework, however no response to date was received. we've had to call in another supplier to reinstall the curtains. The supplier was paid 100 % prior to the initial installation. Judging from the work done, the supplier seems experienced in making of the curtains but in my opinion has no experience in installation. <br>
