unprofessional business lady. and a *****.

i went to do my eyebrows and i had paid her for a touch up also, it has turned out that i do not need a touch up from her and I have been requesting that she pays my monies back(refund).She had first told me that she used my monies and do not have monies to pay me back which i had found strange as she is an everyday money business. so I gave her time to work. this was in August 2024 and now its September and she does not want to pay my monies back. she is telling me I must find a customer to come use my monies and she did not force me to pay her. there is no way in her website that says there are no refunds on payment. she has been a sneaky business lady. she is simple been rude and very very unprofessional.
