Wow! Loving the new ice!

<p>A few months ago we had our domestic worker decide that it would be okay for her to take home most of our gold and jewellery. Long story-short, our insurance agreed to pay our claim out to Diamonds & Pearls, who gave us a quote in the first place. While waiting for the broker however I sent them the details of a watch that I would like them to order for me and the manager said that I would have to come and pay a deposit for them to do this. Unfortunately I did not have time that week to do so, and when I let the manager know that I was still interested and would try the following week, she informed me that she had already placed the order for my convenience. WHAT A PLEASURE?! By the time the claim was sorted, my watch was ready for collection AND the ladies were very patient and professional while we selected the items to replace what was ******. They went out of their way to make this whole experience easier and convenient for us. I cannot say how pleased i am with the service we received. Thank you so so so much.</p>
