THEY MAKE BAD QUALITY GOLD JEWELLERY

About 2 years ago I lost my Golden belly ring ball, I went to Diamonds and pearls in The Avenues and they made me a new Gold one with a lifetime guarantee on the gold and charged me R400. Within the first month of wearing it, the gold faded and started going black, I took it back to them and they said it just needed to be polished. Since then ive taken it back to them a couple of times. After about a year and a half the golden ball was so brittle it started making holes and I saw it was hollow inside, when I took it back to them they all of a sudden said it was not their ball and that they only make solid golden ***** but can make a new one for me for R800... Then end of last year (2015) I took my gold chain to them to put a bigger and stronger clasp on, the put the same small one on like I had and charged me R120 for it. When I got home I put it on and the spring and pin popped out, I took it back to them and they said sorry it hooked on something and they don't guarantee the spring even though it never hooked on anything because I was putting it on for the 1st time. For everything they have an excuse and refuse to help. Please do not take any of your jewellery to them....
