BAD Customer Service

<p>We took my Necklace to Diamonds & Pearls (Mall @ Carnival) to create a name on the necklace on the 26th of December, 2016. We were then told that the Necklace would be ready on the 06th of January, 2017 at 16:00. We went to Diamonds & Pearls on the 07th of January, 2017 at 17:00 where we were then told that the Necklace is not ready but it would definitely be ready on Monday (09th January, 2017). We went back to Diamonds & Pearls on the 10th of January, 2017 where we were again told (with an attitude) that the lady sent it back because it was not correct (we were NOT informed about this). We questioned her why couldn’t she just let us know that she had to send it back again; we were driving up and down for nothing. As we walked out of the store I heard her saying to the other lady “jissss F*****ING PEOPLE” Talk about Customer Service!!!!</p> <p> </p>
