No communication after payment has been received. I ordered online and made payment. The order was for printing on a mug and tape measure. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. I had to ask 2 days later whether the order had been received. The last communication received was that the order was indeed received. No further communication had been received after asking for confirmation of the delivery date. I requested a refund after telephone calls had not been answered and Whatsapp message had not been returned. No refund received up to date hereof. The company has not returned any telephone calls or Whatsapp messages to date.
