No recovery just ************

I was with Diamond Recovery Centre for 7 months. I admitted myself into there then Linden branch. I was due to leave and on the day I was meant to leave I was called into the office and all the management plus South African Police were present, I was told that my family had issued a Form 4. ( I subsequently established that their Form 4 was invalid). It was used to intimidate me as were the police. Half way through the SAPS actually said " can we leave now". I asked if I could call my lawyer and was told that if I did that my stay would extend for a year. More ************. This was absolutely incorrect and I should have called my lawyer. Be that as it may, I spent 7 months there, on the farm in Parys which was horrific. I would never recommend Diamond Recovery Centre to anyone as the focus is on punishment and not recovery.
