Waiting for credit card facilities for months

<p>We have a guest house in Port Alfred. We started with the application about 2 months ago and about a month ago a check was done to show we "existed" which I was told was the final step. Now another month goes by with no communication- no approval, no disapproval. Just nothing. That is such bad service. Should I cancel the application? I don't know?!</p>
