Lack of electricity and water also missing of furniture

The Diamond Place in Jewel city are the worst apartments you could go for, I don't advice anyone to go and stay there... Here's the experience I had, I moved in two weeks ago and it was on Sunday mind you when I was moving in my couch was too big for the lift and the lift they claim to use for furniture since it's big it wasn't working my couch had to be placed by the reception okay fine... Monday they decided they move it to the floor I'm in which is second floor, well it had to be there because it was too big to go through the door and my Agent said they do have people who help the tenants with this ,they will try to remove the legs of the couch take out the door so it can pass well that wasn't a problem because we thought it's safe as I said it was placed on the second floor open space by the lifts... Tuesday morning fine the couch was still there and mind you I'm still waiting for the agent to send the helper, at night around 10pm I went outside to go get my food delivery the couch it's not there okay I didn't bother to ask cause I thought maybe it's by the storage or store room but I'm surprised that why would they do that without letting me know, fine in the morning I went to the reception to ask n the guy I asked said he doesn't know anything he just came to work he works day I figured out that the couch it's missing when I asked for the footage they say they don't have cams by the passages lol... days passed and no feedback no nothing I should be the one going up and down to ask that any updates but the manager seemed not to care all they said is send the picture and we send to our group we will look out till today and to tell you that the same day I moved in they placed me to the room I didn't pay for which the one I was placed in it was less had to be there for about 4 days when I ask or call the manager she takes her own time to get back to me saying blah blah they cleaning the room so basically she trynna say they cleaning the room for 4 days?🤷♀️here's another case we suffer with water and electricity we've been not having electricity for two days and do you understand there's people who work by the house and I'm one of them, I can't work I can't do nothing but end of the month we all know they will want their full rent with Bill of water and electricity forgetting we stayed days without having water other days without having electricity they seem not to be bothered to at least have back up for our lights etc cause according to people who have been staying here for years they say they have been experiencing this long time ago from surely 2021 and they don't do anything about this they will be sending msg thar city power this city power that, I even start to think that they owing city power cause to other buildings it comes back but only The Diamond wow what a very poor poor poor service I'm fed up can't wait to pack whatever belongs to me and live but I'm still not happy with my couch it doesn't even have 3 months since a bought it and I'm def sure it cannot be tenants but the inside job.

I wish I knew from the first place their place it's very nice for such bad experiences to be honest they must make a plan with it.
