I enquired via website of diamondpets about a puppy for my sister for a birthday gift. Anelle Kostet came back to me with photos about puppys. Once I chose a puppy we discussed the delivery and payment of the puppy R3500 for puppy and R1000 transport. I transferred money for payment of the puppy and for courier costs of the puppy. Saturday morning Anelle sent me a whatsapp to say that the puppy is coming via airfreight on saturday but there have been an issue with the crate that will be used the courier will contact me. The couriers message snd quote was that I needed to pay another R15750 for transport of the puppy. I instructed Anelle to cancel the whole deal as this is not that was agreed and I don't have an extra R15750 to get the puppy here. Anelle committed to have the refund sorted on Saturday afternoon latest. Now it us already Sunday afternoon and still no refund and Anelle is not answering any calls or whatsapps.
