Hallo. I'm not happy with the above mentioned Panelbeaters that I was referred to by Miway. I'm a loyal customer who pays all premium up to date without a failure. Now I have being Fail by the Panelbeaters that I was referred to,to attend to my claim. Since last year 2023 I submitted all the required documents and all the photos to Miway and the choose Diamond Panelbeaters to help me with my claim. Diamond request few days to get all the necessary parts to fix my car. And I agree with them as I believe they no their story. I was ask to wait until 15/01/2024 and I waited. I phone serveral times I was told parts are still not available. The sad part is that they don't phone me I always run after them. Last time I phone to check if parts are still not available the answer was no and I was told to bring in my car How do I bring my car in if part are not available. I ask them to let me no if part are available so that I bring in my car 😭since that no one is calling me no communication from Diamond. I'm not happy at all,hence I'm requesting Miway as they are my insurance to INTERVENE.is being long and these is not how I was promised,I derseve far treatment like other client.
