Towing Services: Exploiting vulnerable people to make money

The worst service ever. They exploit people who aren't in their right state of mind to make any informed decisions just to make quick money. My partner had a car accident in Mabopane and he was found on the road with a head injury. Diamond Panel Beaters and Towing showed up at the scene of the accident and the family kindly asked them to not tow the car as they were still on the way to the scene even after the humble request from the family they still proceeded and made my partner sign the towing documents even in his state of mind. The eyewitness and policeman who found my partner concur that he was not in the right state of mind to make any decision because he had an open head injury. They took the car and requested that we pay money to release it. No one called them to scene or asked them to come tow the company. They just pitched and did things their way. They are ****mers!!!!
