Empty Promises and plain bad service

My car was involved in an accident. i took it to Diamond panel beaters first week of March 2015, got the quote and within 5 days i paid them full for the repairs. i was promised that it would be repaired within 6 weeks. After six weeks I went there to check on the car, i found panel beating was done but nothing which was disconnected was put back( from the engine side). When I asked was told that it will be ready within a week as they are waiting for spares, specifically - radiator clamps. After a week, I saw there were no changes on the car, was promised that within two days it will be ready for collection and also promised to be contacted which never happened. After 3 days i went back there and now i got a new story, they said the radiator fan was defective, they ordered it and that I will get the car by the following day, which NEVER happened. Eventually I got tired of being **** to and told Willy that he must forget about the Fan and just give me my car.<br> He agreed. When i sent my business partner to collect the car, he found that the engine compartment is still disconnected AND THE BATTERY WAS GONE. i refused to take the car like that because when i brought it, it was drivable
