Wrong Information provided to client!!
We went to view the vehicle last week Monday at Tommy's house. He started the car and told me it had a misfire but the diagnostic said it's a ignition coil that's faulty.
He assured me there is nothing wrong with the cars engine.
I bought 4 new spark plugs and 3 new coils and installed it on Wednesday only to have the same problem of misfiring.
I immediately send Tommy a message and the invoice for the parts to inform him that what he wrong on the buying paper was not the case. I further informed him that I will do a compression test and should there be a fault on the engine that I will bring the car back and would like a refund before I spent more money on other parts.
The compression test shows that cylinder 1 and 4 is ok but 2 and 3 barely gets compression.
I informed Tommy again last night that I would like to bring the car back for a refund.
His reply to me was simply.... sorry I'm a pensioner and had to pay of debt with the money I will not be able to refund you.
I can post all the communication on the group with all the evidence but you action above makes it more clear.
