Skagen Watch

I bought a Skagen Watch (light brown) that cost R1 899 at Diamond House at Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark on 20/02/2014. i did wear the watch not more that 8 times.<br> <br> During May 2014 i realised that the Skagen watch is charging colour is becoming dark brown or i can say looks dirty on certain areas even though the original colour was light brown more of gold. i thought its something small because at that time i think i only wore it 2 or 3 times and put it away. But everytime i wore it, it was becoming worse. I went to the supplier around October/early November 2014 and his employees indicated that he is not available, he will only be available after 6 weeks. <br> <br> I went again during December 2014 couldn'd find him, and in January 2015 while i was in the mall i saw him and immediately went to him. He was telling me that it was my fault there's no way that watch could have done it, and he said i was bathing with the watch and put my lotion on it. i tried to explain to him and asked him if he was bathing with watch. To this day he is refusing to fix the strap for me. i don't recommend anyone to buy at shop and if there's a way i can be assisted please assist me, i only need a new strap
