Horrible horrible service from the reception

So i phone reception and ask her to give me the name of the person in charge of their recruitment and to put me through to this person. She refused to provide me with a name then also refused to put me through to this person. I then asked to be put through without a name and told her to tell the person to stay anonymous. She refused that too. I then dropped the phone.
