"Extremely disappointed with the service from Diamond Express courier. Upon delivery, my rear windscreen was found shattered, and despite clear evidence of mishandling during transit, they refuse to take responsibility or replace it. Unacceptable service and lack of accountability. Will be seeking alternative courier services in the future."
