Poor service.

The client services is very poor, the staff has no ssense of service its almost like they are doing you a favour after you have signed up. Though you do get your debt part sorted, a lot goes into a 10 year relationship with a client and this period should also serve the debt counsellor with a sizeable base of referrals from existing clients, but you'd rather refer to another debt counsellor with a better approach to client service. You dont get explanations for a lot of things, you probe for answers. The staff needs to focus on customer satisfaction.
