Poor customer service three times in a row

I bought an Acer 3d projector and after a while a 3d dvd player. After everyting I tried i could not get the projector to play the 3d disk. I went back to diamond corner for help and they said they will phone Acer and ask them how to get it working. Three weeks went by and I had no feedback from Diamond Corner. Again I went back to ask whats happening with the feedback and to my surprise no one did anything regarding this. The gentleman helping me previously then wrote it un his book. The following week he phoned me to give me the feedback. I went back to the store just to waste my time again as he got a price of a new 3d projector and not the answer to my query and then phoned acer to get this solved. They only gave another number to be called. This passed monday I went back for the 3rd time and demanded that it must be sorted as i want the projector to work properly or want my money back. Pieter helped me but the big boss was not theree so he could consult with him. Pieter said he would phone me back yesterday morning with feedback and again I'm still waiting. I am really gettung annoyed with this people who cant give customer service. I will never shop there again<br>
