Good afternoon,

I have received the order in like 2/3months ago with 10 piece pots short. I called and advise you that my order was short only to be told they were out of stock which nobody informed about that. I was told that the stock of the pots I ordered wont be available anymore. I was then sent a new catalogue with pots to choose from by Tebolo and I chose K&W 11 PC. NON STICK INDUCTION COOKWARE SET WITH RED HANDLES. His number is ***. This was 18 August 2021. I have not received those pot till todate while I am paying full instalment every month. He now reads and ignore massages on whats app.

Please collect your pots, I will not be paying anymore. Your pots that was delivered is still unused please fetch them your service and communication is poor. I will never refer anyone to you guys.

I will be reversing the debit order on the 15th of this month if the issue is not resolved.

Teboho called apologizing saying he will sort the issue out, saying they were out of stork, after he was the one who sent the catalogue to say these are the items on stork. He then promised me I will get the pots this week, I am now sending massages and he is reading them and not replying like the last time.
