In November I tried purchasing the Magneto inverter. I was contacted by one of your agents and did an application for me of which he said it was approved and everything was finalised and even asked me for delivery address. And said delivery would be towards month end December. Around 1st week December a few weeks later he then calls me again and tell me my application has been declined and that I would need to go on a lay by contract and will get the inverter once I had finished paying. I asked no I don’t want it and now all of a sudden is am suprised that you went and debited R526 from my account. Please refund me back my money coz I don’t agree to this lay by story.
