********** Debit On My Account

Diamond Club has continously been debiting my account even after several attempts to cancel my application. In which I have never received any Cookware from them, neither have I submitted any of my documents to them. Musa who works in Durban told me he cancelled my order, but till date I am being debited. No Debi checks where made with me. No ID documents, payslips or anything was sent. Yet here I am now having to complain. The service is the worst to deal with. If my issue is not resolved ASAP. I will be lodging a formal complaint against this **** company which thinks they can voilate consumer rights and get away with them.
