Disgusting company

I'm so disgusted by the treatment i received from diamondclub.I called them and the promised to call me back till now i'm still waiting,when you email them they dont respond.I been dealling with this issues since last year and they are not willing to help me.I regret buying from this company.It seems like their call centre personal and supervisor dont know their job.
