In 2020 Ms BL Ngcobo bought pots from this company and decided to withdraw by writing a formal email which they provided during application for purchase. First and foremost they never responded to the email then started deducting from her account an amount of R583 of which at first she was reversing due to the fact that she had already wrote a cancelation email to this company. A few months down the line this company was now able to block her from reversing this amount which they continued to deduct from August 2023 till March 2024 then they stopped deducting without any explanation or delivering of the product bought from them. The most frustrating part about this company is that they do not have a complaints office meaning the telephone numbers provided are not answered and no follow up is done by the company in respect of client queries even worse they have decided to blacklist Ms. Ngcobo without any explanation what so ever this truly outrageous and unfair since blacklisting a person blocks them from doing anything in this country. We Kindly request for an intervention to this matter ASAP. Legal step need to taken against this company and if they do not respond in time I promise all hell will break loose.
